Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the C&R Container Services website, customer portal, booking platform, and roll-off dumpster rental services.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to container availability, service-area coverage, pricing confirmation, placement conditions, and operational acceptance by C&R Container Services.
Site conditions
Customers are responsible for safe and lawful placement conditions, including access, permits when required, and compliance with prohibited-material rules. Service may be refused or rescheduled when conditions are unsafe or materially different from the booking details.
Billing
Rates, add-ons, overages, extra rental days, dry-run fees, relocation charges, and other applicable fees will be disclosed in the booking or invoice terms when available and may vary by service type.
Limitation
C&R Container Services is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, landfill conditions, public restrictions, customer readiness issues, or other events outside its reasonable control.
